The main purpose: to reveal the leadership’s factors that affect employees’ engagement, as well as the employees’ engagement factors that affect leadership development and the success of the organization. Methods of this thesis: comparative analysis of different literature about leadership, leadership theories, managerial competencies and employee engagement, survey research in selected company, analysis and interpretation of its results. The performed research revealed that there’s strong connection between employee engagement and leadership expression, that organization’s success and financial profit depends on employee engagement, and that leadership and management has different meanings.
